“There were two broken paving slabs within the patio selection crate however the rest were fine. I decided to use what I assumed was the broken 900 x 600 slab, cut down, and discovered that the width varied from 450 to 420 wide. As all the other pavings were either 600 or 300 units I was pleased that I had not relied on using this paving”

“Originally should have been free delivery as was a project pack but because I ordered extra totalling £560 I had to pay £42 delivery, I then had to contact them to find out delivery, they said late morning so my husband waited in, he then had to go to work so my father took over the wait, they turned up at 2pm and because they couldn’t get up my back st they left it at the bottom for my 76 year old dad to lug up by himself”

“The good part is that they sell slabs individually so you can buy what you need. The less good part is that slab surfaces were very riven, much more than slabs I got from another supplier. Some slabs were poorly graded. One was about 20mm difference corner to corner and so thin the corner was broken rendering it useless as a full slab. Luckily I was able to cut it down and use it.”

“I made phone enquiries about product and delivery before placing an order on line. Expected delivery within 3-4 days and looked for an email to know when; nothing came. On the fourth day a huge lorry appeared with my order which took me completely by surprise Delivery man was very careful to place crate on front gravel. It was fortunate that I was at home and able to receive the goods which were carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition”

“Really happy with the patio slabs. Not one broken upon delivery. Delivery on the other hand was a bit of a joke. Requested a delivery date which was confirmed and I booked the day off work for it. Delivery never turned up and when I phoned I was told they couldn't get it delivered on the day I requested and that it will be here tomorrow and the person who was supposed to of told me forgot. Another day booked off work and I did get my delivery this time. All in all slabs great and really good price. Just the delivery that let it down.”

“Various problems with order regarding size of slabs and broken ones.in fairness they did sort out some issues but was no offer of any reimbursement for the stress caused.”
